Disclaimer: you don’t have to get high for these to be good, but it definitely wouldn't hurt either.
- Swiss Chard, removed from stem and cut into pieces
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Eggs
- Anchovies, chopped
- Dried Sausage, cubed (I used Olli Norcini Salame)
- 1/4 Avocado, sliced
- Mixed Sprouts
- Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 400° F, and while your oven heats up, smoke a joint…just kidding, or am I? But actually, while your oven warms up heat some olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and chard and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, then remove from heat. Coat a small ramekin or baking dish in olive oil to prevent the eggs from sticking, then add the greens, and crack two eggs on top, side by side. Throw that in the oven for 10 minutes while you chop up a few anchovies and some dried sausage, and add the anchovies and sausage on the eggs for an additional 2 or 3 minutes, depending on how cooked you want you want the yolks. Top with avo, salt, pepper and consume.

The Bolinas-Fairfax Ridge looks like something out of a Game of Thrones episode. With majestic rolling hills that tumble down to meet the Pacific Ocean, it's sometimes covered in a thick blanket of fog that stretches as far west as you can see, and sometimes so clear you can see San Francisco and Mount Diablo in the distance. It's the ideal place for hiking, or for driving around and getting high with your friends (sorry mom, and park rangers). It's also a great place to stand in front of a camera and try to look like you're not sweating like a mad woman because you thought it would be cold and it clearly wasn't.
